Affordability for College and Career Success

The Academy Prep program is divided into focus tracks of modular design. Curriculum content, instruction, and hands-on exercises for all module sessions are offered in a simplified "short-course" workshop format similar to professional continuing education courses.

The entry-level module allows the student to personally test the value of the Academy Prep mentorship and curriculum programs before investing in deeper-dive modules. The module has built-in schedule flexibility for local students and is available in the following formats within a 6-week period depending on student choice:

• Three (3) sessions - each session being two (2) hours in length.
• Six (6) sessions - each session being one (1) hour in length.
• Combination of the two formats above for a total of six (6) contact hours.

Our introductory pricing for the entry-level module is $450.00 USD, payable in advance of the first scheduled module session. It includes a total of six (6) student contact hours with flexible scheduling for the individual module sessions. Following completion of the initial entry-level module, additional options are available if the student wants to continue on with more deep-dive course content within a given focus track.

The ambitious student can receive bonus benefits.

• Stranaska Academy Prep issues a Certificate of Achievement for each curriculum module completed by the student. This Certificate may serve as the tie-breaker for placement in an undergraduate honors capstone project or research program because Academy Prep students learn the language of analytical instrumentation and can showcase their newly-acquired knowledge.

• The Academy Prep Executive Director is positioned to write a supportive conditional letter of recommendation for admission to the professor's research group, which may enhance undergraduate research interaction through collaboration and mentoring by doctoral students and post-doctoral scientists or engineers.
